The location here was super convenient with easy access to Copley Symphony Hall, and I really enjoyed my cozy room with a nice view and comfy bed.

The location of the hotel is great, right by Petco Park, craft breweries, Point Loma, and the zoo. The staff was very friendly and the food was excellent.

The breakfast here is good and offers an assortment of items like yogurts.

Everything was simply nice. That was lovely small hotel set in downtown area, really close to Balboa and downtown and Petco Park, several craft breweries. Had brand-new, large room with shampoo replaced and breakfast which was a bust and a cute view. Coffee & tea making machines and a refrigerator were an advantage.

The hotel was quirky and impeccably clean. I had a well-appointed room with air conditioner. All the staff was very amiable and settled my issues.

Overall a really nice stay for 3 nights. Perfectly clean, small hotel with attentive staff. Excellent food served, like sausages and scrambled eggs. Private parking on-site provided. No charge for wake up service and ironing. Central location close to downtown attractions. So close to the San Diego Zoo as well as the December Nights at Balboa Park.

The location of the hotel is great, just a short walk away from Gaslamp and Downtown, various shops, as well as the San Diego Zoo and Balboa Park. The staff members were helpful, making our stay even better.

We had a great stay at Best Western! The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the Gaslamp district and a 30-minute walk to the U.S.S. Midway. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast options were tasty with both hot and cold choices. The staff were welcoming and provided helpful information about local restaurants and attractions. Despite some noise from the street, we had a pleasant stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff, liked having a hot breakfast. A little mislead on location. Not knowing San Diego hoped it was closer to gaslamp. However not that far of a walk if you like walking. We came by train and was a 15 minute walk pulling luggage.

Other than my expectation of location and not having an elevator to second floor it was a pleasant stay.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in this city. The cleanliness and facilities were top-notch, with spacious and immaculate rooms. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even allowing me to stay past my check-out time at no extra cost. The breakfast was tasty and the portions were generous. The hotel's WiFi worked flawlessly and there was a helpful staff member at the reception who assisted me in getting a taxi.
